The issue with my booking was frustrating, as the child ticket could not be used at the attraction. However, I appreciate Headout’s customer service team for responding promptly, investigating the matter, and processing the refund professionally. It was nice, but very unorganized and crowded. You had to pay for nearly every attraction separately and the queues for the slides took about 1 hour for just one ride.. very disappointing from this side. I've been to several other water parks and never had problems like this.
