The Royal Alcazar of Seville is an absolute 'must do' experience!!! Our tickets allowed us to take our time, and we spent hours exploring the palaces and gardens. There is so much art, history and a melding of cultures everywhere you look, it's almost overwhelming for the senses! Fortunately, the gardens have many peaceful nooks to sit and collect your thoughts for a moment. There are many rooms, hallways, courtyards... a lot to see (and easy to miss some if you don't use the free audio guide). I found the audio a little disorienting (confusing directions), but was good to use for each area we visited to get the full picture, and to check that we hadn't missed anything... I nearly missed t he baths! Much bigger than it seems from the outside, be sure to allow plenty of time for the Alcazar. The cathedral and Tower visit was a bonus - not too hard to climb the tower (it's all a ramp until the final 17 steps) for the fantastic 360 degree views - including of the Alcazar.

Busy location, so really important you get in the right line, and know where you're going. All the information was available through this company and easy to follow. We arrived on time and got in the right line. The venue is extraordinary with so much to see and understand to get the full experience you need to have either a Guide or audio otherwise you will miss a great deal. Don't forget to look up, as so much of the detail is above your head, be prepared to wait in a room after everyone else has gone to experience the sound, of water or the stillness. The truly amazing and inspiring building.

Our visit to the Alcázar was absolutely amazing! Buying the Fast Track Access tickets was the best decision we made. As you can see from the photo I took at the entrance, the regular queue was incredibly long and moving very slowly. Thanks to our priority tickets, we skipped the entire line and saved so much time, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful palaces and gardens without stress. The architecture is breathtaking and the whole experience was smooth and well-organized. I highly recommend upgrading to the fast track option to anyone planning to visit!

La visita ad Alcaraz è stata un'esperienza davvero incantevole e ricca di fascino. Siamo rimasti profondamente colpiti dalla maestosità della cattedrale, che si distingue per la sua straordinaria architettura. Ogni angolo del centro storico racconta una storia antica, trasmettendo una sensazione di pace e serenità. Consigliamo vivamente questo luogo a chiunque desideri immergersi nella bellezza artistica e culturale del territorio. È stata una giornata indimenticabile che porteremo sicuramente nel cuore.

Siamo giunti alle ore 16.15. Nessuna attesa per entrare. Controlli rapidi. Visita molto piacevole. La Cattedrale è magnifica. Forse qualche didascalia in più non guastava. La Giralda, sebbene sia stata lunga non è stata così faticosa ripagata comunque dal bel panorama . L'Alcazar è magnifico. E altrettanto vasto. Bellissima visita in una stupenda città.

It was not the tour that the title says but the one about the secrets of Madrid which was very interersting becquse you can learn qbout the history of the city and discover details that you surely missed if not with a tour. Alex was friendly, active and answering all our questions. Definitely worth doing it.

Une magnifique experience! Le billet combo coupe file permet d'acceder sans attendre à l'Alcazar , la Cathedrale et la Giralda. Les lieux sont magnifique, tout se deroule dans le calme pour une visite inoubiable. ( je preconise une reservation le matin pour l'Alcazar 3h de visite, puis un creneau horaire pour la Cathedrale+Giralda vers 15h ce qui permet de faire une pause repas )

Ingresso senza Problemi! La visita al Real Alcázar è stata un'esperienza semplicemente magica. L'architettura in stile mudéjar lascia senza fiato: ogni sala, con i suoi archi scolpiti, i soffitti intagliati minuziosamente e i coloratissimi azulejos, racconta secoli di storia e di incredibile bellezza. Passeggiare per i giardini lussureggianti, tra fontane zampillanti, profumo di agrumi e pavoni in libertà, ti fa sentire letteralmente in un altro mondo. È una tappa imperdibile ed emozionante per chiunque si trovi in Andalusia. Consigliatissimo!

Begin your journey at the Lion's Gate (Puerta del León), the main entrance to Alcázar Seville. You skip the line tickets will be validated alongside your passport or ID, letting you skip the wait and dive right into the action.

What to expect

Wander through the grand halls of the Alcázar, a stunning fusion of Moorish and Christian artistry that narrates the rich cultural history of Spain. Then, step into the cavernous interior of the Seville Cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, before concluding your visit with breathtaking views from the towering La Giralda.

Alcázar Seville: Originally built as a Moorish fort, the Alcázar evolved into a royal palace exhibiting a striking fusion of Mudéjar, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. Don’t miss the lush palace gardens, spread across seven hectares and featuring fountains, pavilions, and more than 170 unique plant species.

Seville Cathedral: Enter the world’s largest Gothic cathedral, replete with monumental chapels, intricate altarpieces, and priceless religious relics. The cathedral is also the final resting place of Christopher Columbus, whose ornate tomb is positioned near the south transept just inside the main entrance.

La Giralda: Ascend the Cathedral’s bell tower—formerly a minaret from the mosque that once stood here. As you climb its 35 gently sloped ramps, admire the architectural transition from Islamic to Renaissance design before arriving at the top for sweeping panoramic views over Seville.

Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.

Accessibility

Wheelchair users are prohibited from climbing the La Giralda.

People with vertigo, claustrophobia, anaemia, a tendency to dizziness, heart problems, and/or respiratory problems are advised not to climb the La Giralda.

You must arrive at the designated entry point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in.

You can visit the Seville Cathedral for free on Sundays (except holidays) between 4:30pm and 6pm, with a prior online reservation.

Visits to the gardens are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be closed without prior notice.

Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.
