Purchasing tickets online was a quick , easy and smooth experience and we got the day we wanted. Pricing was fair and no other hidden costs. We picked up our physical tickets at the ticket sales counter and proceeded straight on to the observational seating area. Every part of the experience was smooth, straightforward and very enjoyable. Seeing the penguins emerge from the water was the absolute highlight and exactly why we were there. A brilliant, positive and unforgettable experience . All 3 parks on Phillip Island, easily booked through Headout, provided diverse and interesting experiences. Churchill Island gave a historical perspective, while the Koala reserve informed us of endangered species. The Penguin Parade was the highlight, with the penguins arriving via a "penguin raft" to nest in their burrows for the night.

I think what made it special was I had two lovely fillipino ladies who were so amazed by the courtesy of the staff and patience they showed along with their knowledge of the penguins tge night was truly amazing

Churchill Island and the Koala Park were absolutely magnificent. The penguin parade was a disaster and not worth visiting anymore. Unruly visitors and a complete inability to control them made for a terrible time.

Loved the decor and cleanliness. Very spacious rooms. The property is well maintained and really enjoyed the fireplace. Appreciate all the nice games provided for our entertainment. Just want to mention that it would have been nice to have heating in the third bedroom. Thank you for sharing your lovely place. Will surely come back.

The view in the phillip island is breathtaking. Especially the sunset, just wow. The only thing that disappointed are the penguins. The penguins it's not what we expected, we just saw like 2/3penguins only and it's soo crowded during the weekend, Saturday. You have to squeeze yourself to find a spot to see the penguins. But overall, the views are superb.

The staff and organisers, specially Josh, was amazing with exceptional customer service and they are really knowledgeable about the wildlife on the island, which made our visit very special. We felt like we were given VIP treatment, thank you.

Your adventure begins with a scenic afternoon cruise to Seal Rocks, home to over 7,000 Australian Fur Seals, one of the largest colonies in Australia. As the boat gently drifts near the rocks, you'll have front-row seats to a lively show –seals basking in the sun, young pups splashing in the waves, and adults diving gracefully into the sea. With onboard educational commentary, you'll gain fascinating insights into these charismatic marine mammals, from their feeding habits to their social behaviors. As dusk falls, get ready for the world-famous Penguin Parade at Phillip Island Nature Parks.
