Sim eu é minha família gostou muito do passeio no zoológico, nós se divertimos muito foi muito legal. Nós amamos muito a presentação dos golfinhos foi show de bola eles são muito da hora. É também nós amamos de ver muito outros bichinhos de pretos foi muito gostoso. Maravilha a entrada sem filas tudo de bom, tudo bem organizado, estão de parabéns a equipa do zoológico, em breve nós voltaremos para rever essas riquezas.

Lisbon zoo was easy to find the train stopped at the front gate. Easy access and and very helpful staff. Each exhibit was well signed with explanation about animal. Easy zoo to navigate and the chair lift was great, you got to see some of the wild cats a little bit easier as some were hiding up on their platforms. Overall a very good zoo and would recommend a visit and put on your must do list when visiting Lisbon.

Great experience and friendly staff. Zoo is full of animals and the kids loved it. It’s organized and clean with a wide variety of animals. Nice small areas for snacks, pizzas, coffee, cold beer, etc… Areas for improvement are: 1) this doesn’t aspire to be an international zoo. Most signs especially explanatory ones are in Portuguese only. 2) the dolphin show which staff told us is the highlight show was below average compared to the one we saw a few days earlier in Zoomarine. Also, anchor talks in Portuguese only which makes it even more boring to international guests. Recommend to buy tickets in advance online to save the tickets queue.

Íbamos con pocas expectativas porque el clima se anunciaba horrible para el día de hoy. Por suerte nos ha dado algo de tregua. Como zoo me ha gustado, aunque veo que hay algunas instalaciones pequeñas y anticuadas

Having the digital tickets made entry very easy. No line to wait in. We had a special time at the chimpanzee exhibit watching them all dote on the little baby chimp!

Highlights

Spend a day discovering over 2,000 animals in immersive habitats, with plenty of time for enthusiastic kids and adults to comfortably move between exhibits.

On arrival, present your ticket at the entrance and walk straight inside. Take a look at all the zoo has to offer and decide on where to begin!

Your ticket covers zones such as African Savannah, the Rainforest, and other themed zones that are sure to keep your children informed and entertained.

You also get to witness marine wonder at the Dolphin Bay, attend bird presentations, and take a breather at the Children’s Farm or picnic areas.

Follow paths between enclosures, stop at viewing points to observe animal behavior, and capture photos while your kids enjoy play spaces.

Getting started

Enter Lisbon Zoo by presenting your admission ticket at the main entrance. After your ticket is scanned, you can consult the onsite schedule for temporary presentations and attractions. From here, you are free to plan your route across the park and decide which zones and shows your kids would like to visit first.

What to expect

Lisbon Zoo

Spend a leisurely day at Lisbon Zoo, exploring different habitats, attending scheduled shows, and relaxing with fresh snacks in the outdoor areas.

Highlights

Admission to Lisbon Zoo: This covers general entry to the zoo grounds. Any special experiences or behind-the-scenes tours you'd like to visit will require additional payment.

Access to themed zones: You can move between areas such as the African Savannah, Rainforest, and Madagascar at your own pace and see how animals are grouped by habitat.

Entry to Dolphin Bay and bird presentations: Your ticket includes letting you watch marine mammals and birds during the scheduled presentations listed on the daily program.

Access to Children’s Farm and picnic areas: Make use of these family space where you get hands-on moments with domestic animals and time to pause between zones in designated eating and rest spots.
