If you don't pay attention you go to the wrong address(Eiffeltower) when you want to start. Apart from that it went well,you get good information without boredom,and the experience was nice.

It was a really smooth experience, right from the ticket booking to the entry. The list of attractions allowed in that ticket was clearly mentioned, so there was no confusion.

La visite était très bien mais les audioguides ne sont disponibles qu'avec les téléphones portables et smartphones. Ce serait bien que votre clientèle soit avisée.

Tuve una experiencia increíble utilizando Headout durante mi viaje a París. Reservé varias actividades y visitas a través de la app y todo fue mucho más fácil de lo que esperaba. La aplicación es muy intuitiva, fácil de utilizar y tiene una gran variedad de opciones para conocer la ciudad, desde lugares turísticos hasta experiencias diferentes. Me gustó especialmente que el proceso de reserva fuera tan rápido y sencillo. Toda la información de las actividades aparece de forma clara, y recibir las entradas directamente en el móvil fue súper práctico, especialmente estando de viaje. No tuve ningún problema con ninguna de mis reservas y todo funcionó perfectamente al momento de realizar las actividades. Además, me pareció muy útil poder comparar diferentes opciones y horarios desde la misma aplicación. Headout me ayudó muchísimo a organizar mi viaje y a aprovechar mejor el tiempo en París sin tener que preocuparme por comprar entradas en cada lugar. Definitivamente volvería a utilizar Headout para reservar actividades en otros viajes. Palace of Versailles is grand, beautiful; it's worth a visit. However, there are some points to consider. 1. It was overcrowded because the palace sold tickets more than it capacity. 2. The instructions from Headout was confusing, eg the meeting point. It was much simpler to go straight to the gate, then showed ticket to staff. 3. It should have been clear on what are additional charge on the ticket. The last thing, if anyone who visited other royal places in UK or somewhere would consider to skip this place.

Expérience vraiment réussie ! La réservation via Headout était simple et rapide, et le billet coupe-file nous a fait gagner un temps précieux à l’entrée. Le château est absolument magnifique, la Galerie des Glaces est époustouflante et les jardins valent à eux seuls le déplacement. Admission sur le site très facile, aucun souci pour scanner le billet. Je recommande vivement !

Il faut prendre un billet horodaté avant. Vous prenez votre file d attente et à l heure pile (plus ou moins une minute) vous entrez. C est particulièrement bien organisé. Et puis après c est Versailles 😍

Eiffel Tower Summit

Visit the Eiffel Tower, a cultural and historical icon of Paris. Go on a tour, led by an expert bilingual tour guide (English & French), and learn about the significance of the tower. Your guide shall escort you to the tower´s summit from where you can admire some of the most iconic landmarks of Paris such as the Arc de Triomphe, Seine River, Montmartre district, Notre Dame, Champs Elysees, the Louvre, Trocadero Gardens, and so on. On your way down, make your way to the 1st floor, which is also the largest level of the tower. Experience the thrill of walking on a see-through glass floor or just enjoy the wonderful view as you gaze through it. After your hour-long tour, you're allowed to stay back and admire the landmark in all its Parisian glory for as long as you'd like (within the operating hours).

Upgrade your experience with a Seine River cruise. Views from the Seine give you a different perspective to the heart of the city and an excellent audio commentary on board keeps your Parisien knowledge up to date.

Palace of Versailles

Your ticket gives you access to the most famous places within the royal estate including the Royal Palace, the Park, Gardens, Marie Antoinette’s Estate, and entry to any exhibitions on show at the time of your visit. The Passport ticket includes access to the Musical Fountain and Garden shows. Begin your visit by exploring the ornate King and Queen's State Apartments. Learn about the French monarchy and peek into the private lives of the infamous King Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette. Next, make your way to the glittering Hall of Mirrors. Designed to protect the ornate walls and ceilings from smoke, the hall’s 357 mirrors were strategically placed to reflect the light of candles.

After admiring the inside of the Palace, head outdoors and take in the grandeur of the estate’s impressive architecture. Stroll along the cobblestone grounds, through the beautiful French gardens, and pass by the gorgeous Versailles fountains. Next, stop by the Estate of Marie Antoinette and discover the life and antics of the Queen at the Petit Trianon. Walk around the Village of the Queen and English gardens, then see where Marie Antoinette built her own house, a Mill, a Preparation Dairy, a Cave, a Belvedere, and the magnificent Temple of Love where lovers get engage. At the Carrosses Gallery, travel back in time as you explore carriages, coaches, sculptures, and other artifacts left behind by the French Monarch.

Eiffel Tower

Please note that you will only be allowed to enter the Eiffel Tower Summit at the time chosen during the booking, so we recommend arriving 30 minutes in advance in order to ensure a hassle-free entry.

In rare instances, the Summit of the Eiffel Tower may be temporarily closed due to situations beyond our control, such as inclement weather or other circumstances. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the Summit, even if it reopens during your tour, and you will be provided a refund for the price of Summit access.

Summit Access can no longer be purchased onsite.

Versailles Palace

Tip: It's recommended to visit the Grand Apartments after 3pm and visit the Trianon Palace & Gardens before that.

This ticket is valid for one-time entry only.

With these tickets, you will be able to skip the ticket office and head straight to the entrance at Gate A. However, please know that depending on the day of your visit, there may be a security wait of anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Note that you can only visit the gardens & Trianon Palace before or after the Grand Apartments visit. The time allocated to you grants you a reserved entrance for the Grand Apartments, but you are free to visit the Trianon Palace & gardens whenever you like.
