Bus tour left on time. The driver was very helpful and friendly. The tour information was very interesting . My only comment for improvement was the German commentary played over the speakers on the bus was loud enough to distract me from hearing out commentary through our earphones.

It was great! Very informative. I learned a lot about where I wanted to go back to after the completed circuit and hop off and hop back on. Great way to spend the day!

Fue muy fácil, el recorrido era circular, el audio iba acorde con lo que veías, fue cómodo y practico para hacerte una idea de cómo es colonia y lo que puedes visitar, me gustó la idea de que te servía el ticket para dos días, pues termina pronto el horario del tour, un detalle a mejorar, eche en falta autobuses a la inversa del recorrido, pues si te bajas en la parada 4 y quieres volver a la 1 tienes que hacer todo el recorrido hacia adelante y no a la inversa más corto

As good germans, the punctuality was reference. All the audio was earned perfectly by two e-guides, both excellent. The day was beautiful, but the trip was winderfull. We used it for 24 hours, we knew the excellent history of the incredible Cologne. I will recomend it to all my friends to use it without dudes. Thanks a lot for the "First World" Service!! Loved getting an overview of the city and then being able to jump off and investigate Cologne more deeply, hop back on to the next stop! Plan to use this service when next in Frankfurt also!!!
