This was one of the best tours we've taken. We would recommend Pedro, our guide, to everyone! He is experienced, engaging, knowledgeable, friendly and funny! The tour was an excellent balance of beautiful scenery, interesting history, delicious wine and food, and a quiet "drift" along the river. This private tour was well worth the price! Raphael at Quinta Santa Julia gave us a thorough history of the centuries-old vineyard and served us one of the most delicious meals we had in Portugal overlooking the vines! His knowledge of the wines and port is outstanding! Can't recommend this tour enough!

We had an amazing experience on this private Douro Valley wine tour. Our guide was outstanding, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making us feel welcome throughout the day. The wineries were fascinating, the wines were excellent, and the itinerary was perfectly planned from start to finish. Everything flowed seamlessly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Miguel fue un excelente guía, con amplio conocimiento de la región más allá de la información que uno tendría en cualquier otro tour, tiene un excelente trato, y es un apasionado por su trabajo.
