Purtroppo, durante il mio ultimo viaggio si è verificata una situazione spiacevole all'arrivo in aeroporto. Avevo già acquistato in anticipo tutti i biglietti necessari per raggiungere la mia destinazione finale, ma il viaggio è coinciso con uno sciopero internazionale. Di conseguenza, non ho ottenuto alcun rimborso e sono stata costretta a passare l'intera notte in aeroporto. Mi rendo conto che questo disagio non dipende direttamente dalla compagnia, ma è un problema più ampio che riguarda il settore ferroviario a livello internazionale. Die eigentliche Fahrt war super. Einzig das einchecken mit 7 Fahrkarten auf den Handy ( Headout App ) war etwas Schwieriger. Die Züge fuhren immer pünktlich ab und waren auch pünktlich am Ziel.
