Además de que era de las pocas opciones que no cobraba sobreprecio, el proceso en línea es muy intuitivo, de fácil acceso y puse resolver rápidamente más dudas que me habían surgido. En el lugar accedimos rápidamente en el horario y fecha establecido y la experiencia fue absolutamente extraordinaria.

Although the two queuing systems was confusing we made it into both church and cloisters and it was well worth the wait. What an amazing building. I had ordered audio guides as part of the online booking but these were not offered or even obvious to us where to ask for them. The cloisters were fabulous and I have since researched them myself but possibly not to the level of a proud national treasure.

Chiostro di una bellezza indescrivibile, più un merletto che un opera di muratura. ATTENZIONE agli ingressi. La fila per entrare all' ora che avete prenotato si forma molto molto prima, può essere di 100 e più metri, in pieno sole, quindi organizzatevi. Di positivo c'è che una volta arrivata l'ora scorre molto velocemente. Vosita che vale sicuramente la fatica.

The line was not too long and since we were a party of 5 with a baby, we were let in skipping the lines. The staff was really kind and helpful. The monastery itself was very impressive, especially the inner yard and the gothic vibe I wish more of the monastery was accessible to the visitors, it seemed a little too small

Posto spettacolare e ben tenuto. Se si vuole visitare anche la chiesa, controllare gli orari, non è sempre aperta la pubblico. Considerando che il tempo di visita è 30-45 minuti, forse il prezzo è leggermente alto. Ne vale comunque la pena.

Enjoyed the tour, the member of staff was very knowledgeable and we was given plenty of time to look around and take pictures, was unfortunate Benfica had a game the next day so we were unable to look around the home changing room and I think the entry system could be easier, we had to queue in the heat for a long time even though we had pre booked tickets.

Très bon moment ! On a était très bien accueilli , visite du stade et du musée nickel rien à redire. Prochaine expérience à faire la tyrolienne !!

Sono stato piacevolmente colpito da tutto. Il personale era cortese, gentile e preparato. Lo stadio è spettacolare e la possibilità di scendere fino al campo da gioco è top. Il percorso è ben studiato, con i plastici del vecchio stadio e di quello nuovo. Io ho apprezzato la possibilità di vedere sia la storia del club, sia quella degli avventimenti più importanti accaduti nel mondo. Un saluto a tutti!!! Tour super consigliato!!!

Jerónimos Monastery

The monastery has a strict dress code. Wearing off-shoulder tops, knee length shorts, and dresses is prohibited.

Photography is not permitted in some parts of the monastery.

Food, beverages, and large bags & luggage are not allowed.

The stadium has wheelchairs available for use at both the stadium & museum, subject to signing a liability waiver.

The museum has an elevator, ramps, and benches throughout, making it accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.

Jerónimos Monastery

The monastery's lower level is wheelchair accessible, but certain areas are cobblestoned.

You cannot visit the stadium on match days. Make sure to check the schedule before booking your tickets.

On European soccer match days, stadium visits are also not possible 2 days before and 1 day after the game.

All tickets include a complimentary souvenir scarf.

If you're a person with reduced mobility, you must always have a companion with you, and they can accompany you free of cost.

The guide accompanying you on the tour of the stadium will speak both Portuguese and English.

Jerónimos Monastery

Entry is free for Portuguese residents on Sundays and public holidays, which often leads to larger crowds. If possible, plan your visit on another day.

The church is a part of the monastery and offers free entry, but you must join a separate line to enter.
