The on board staff were lovely and really helpful and the bus tour was fun. Even though I contacted company prior to tour about special dietary requirements, no one got back to me. Issues with the food that could not replaced on the day!!

When I booked this experience I thought it was a Paddington open top bus tour with afternoon tea. We left half an hour late so didn't get the full 1 1 /2 hours trip. It wasn't Paddington themed and it wasn't an open top bus! Our tour guide James was brilliant and we had a really good time. The food was very good and all got extra prosecco!

A huge thank you to the team on the Paddington Bus Tour yesterday afternoon who went out of their way to rescue the situation for us yesterday when the trains let us down big time . We were all very grateful! The Tour was great ! Food lovely especially the Paddington themed biscuits and cakes ! Paddington themed quiz tested our knowledge.
