The bus is very comfortable. It has a covered upper deck. The audio guide is a great way to learn about the city and its history. The Seine river cruise is a great option. I suggest that the cruise ticket be available for purchase along with the bus ticket.

We recently took a bus tour of Paris that included a cruise on the Seine. As for the tour itself, I’m very happy with this format because, for those who aren’t looking for an in-depth exploration of the city, it allows you to see most of the major attractions in a short amount of time. It’s incredibly convenient to be able to hop on and off as many times as you like. It’s also convenient that you can use the service for a full 24 hours. Honestly, I didn’t really like the Italian commentary on the attractions during the bus tour. It was not very informative and somewhat disparaging toward us Italians. The two-hour tour, however, was truly wonderful. You can use the following day to visit the places you liked best. As for the Seine cruise, there are plenty of departure times available, so you won’t risk missing it. Once you activate the tour on the first day, you have 15 days to take the cruise—I don’t think I read this anywhere, but a girl on the bus explained it to us, and I later received confirmation via the HeadOut chat. Since there was no Italian commentary on the cruise, we didn’t understand much. We weren’t able to access the upper deck of the ferry, so we had to make do. You’re better off waiting for the next ferry. Anyway, I’d give the whole experience a solid 8 out of 10!

I really liked how often the buses run and how well the app works—in real time. You can see where the next bus is at any given moment. The only downside is that we got caught in terrible traffic today and almost didn't make it to the Eiffel Tower at the scheduled time, but that's not Tootbus's fault. I'd book it again.

Tour was fun and informative- views were great, but boat was too crowded! While there were " seats for everyone" as advertised, many were in areas with poor views causing many people to stand outside the entire time. They then blocked the views of people sitting inside at window seats. There needs to be a better way!

The tour was really nice and interesting. Thanks to the audio guide available in different languages (including free headphones), we learned a lot about the city and the various sights along the way. The buses were clean and the staff were very friendly. We wouldn’t have been able to see that much on foot in a single day. We’d be happy to recommend this tour to others and would definitely book it again (hopefully with better weather). Thank you so much for the great day!
