The bus drivers aren't all nice people. One almost told us to fuck off as we wanted to hop on his bus, but he said he was on his break. How could we possibly know.... if they're fed up of seeing people, they should change job

Location of pick up. Routes were great, plenty of busses (we didn't wait long at any stop), easy to book, great audio information on the way round. Booked 48hour tickets via headout and it was cheaper than the on the day ticket.

Getting around the city with a tourist bus is a very good way to get to know the city. The problem we had was that in one of the lines one of the stops had been eliminated so a part of the city was not connected. In addition, the ticket is sold as 24 or 48 hours of use but it is really only active between 10 am and 5 pm so the hours are much less.

Great over view, only thing was narrator talk about building that were hard to see. Would be better to have a real person on bus

The first bus we got onto was great! The second was also okay, but the driver accelarated and deccelarated too quickly for comfort, particularly with the kids on board; they were literally bouncing this way and then this, to the point that I felt better buckling them down. A tour drive shouldn't bounce you in your chair, but rather leave you free to look around, and point at all the beautiful attractions around. One last point: it wasn't properly communicated to us that the bus will skip the Odeonplatz stop; I still don't know why that happened.
