The tour was totally laid-back; we started at Amoudara Beach and made our way back to Amoudara via Knossos.

Perfect form of transportation for getting around the island. The stops didn't seem to have much to offer except the palace and the city. Often take the HoHo's for this reason.

The buses were not on time. Waited about 1 hour for bus to come to Knossos Palace in Crete when the signs indicate 20 minute periods. Experienced similar delays at other stops (e.g., Galaxy Hotel stop). For 20 euro it was worthwhile just to get familiar with where the sites in Crete were located with the option of returning on another bus. From the Galaxy Hotel where we stayed it was a short 10-15 minute walk to the Museum ande Castle which are on the Hop-on-Hop-off bus routes.

Excellent commentary but unfortunately my husband's headphones were faulty.
