The only wheelchair-accessible stop is the Eiffel Tower. However, the wheelchair access at this stop is a ramp also used by vehicles.
Dogs wearing a muzzle and on a leash and small dogs in a carrier/bag are allowed on board.
Compact luggage, Baby carriages, and Bicycles are allowed depending on how crowded the boat is.

Good experience with the possibility of getting out and in. However. Special attention to the location of the stations. The one identified at the foot of the Louvre was not correct

The site wasn't opening so i couldn't retrieve the tickets. Had to download the app to access the booking. App had QR-code for scanning on the stations. Why go to that one station to get the tickets if QR-code can be scanned on any station?

Wished I had know about Batobus earlier in our trip. Stopped at all the main tourist attractions and there wasn't a long wait for next boat if you missed one. Beautiful to see Paris on Sienne River.

It goes quite slow. Not just the speed of the boat, but the on and off. At one point, people were being so slow, I thought they were finished coming off, so I went ahead to board. I got yelled at. I didn't understand why, as I don't speak French :(. As well, I had booked online and needed to exchange my paper for my ticket. I went to The Louvre stop and no one was there. I then walked to another booth to take care of it. You shouldn't note you have to exchange your paper at the Eiffel Tower stop as I was allowed to exchange it at another stop, thank goodness. That was a positive experience.

We could get off at any station, look at everything at our leisure and then take the next boat or the one after that to continue. The boats came about every 25 minutes. The staff was very nice and multilingual.
