Buying tickets was an easy process. Standing in the queue, I looked for tickets then downloaded the app as suggested. Then the pretty quickly the team arrived to check off our tickets and handed us a map and a set of earphones each. Within a few minutes of queuing we were on the bus. Thank you to all for the very quick process (even though it looked busy with a potential long wait).

Compared to other HopOn HopOff tours in other European cities, this tour was one of the best we have been on. Friendly staff, reliable schedule and good sound quality of the audio guide were fun. The only thing I would have liked was a bit more information about Palma or Mallorca in general.

Good overview of the city. I didn't like the fact that some of the devices for the audio commentaries were broken (plugs didn't hold)! This meant I couldn't hear any information at the beginning.
