The first tour guide we had was Sarge and he was fantastic. I really enjoyed his information and his driving. What needs improvement is the boarding situation and with the tickets. Thing one - I had bought tickets online but when we arrived we could not board the bus until the ticket was scanned. And the only person scanning was the one who was selling tickets, so we were put at the end of the line of people buying tickets. Meanwhile the bus driver sat there waiting. It would have been so much better to have a 2nd person to scan the tickets. Thing two - I could not figure out a way to print the tickets out ahead of time which would have made it easier. I should have screen shotted them, but didn't think of that (a prompt would have helped). I took a lot of pictures on the first go around that wore my phone battery down. Then when I tried to pull the tickets back up it wanted to send an email which I had trouble getting. In the end the 3 of us were thrown off the trolley at the next stop because I couldn't navigate the website to bring up the tickets. Once off, the staff member taking tickets sent me inside the building to get help from someone who said he doubted he could help because he was brand new. But he did ultimately help. It seemed that the programming on the site took me to a screen upselling something else. I had backed out of that each time, but the guy accepted the page and then it went on to pull up the tickets afterward. This was very misleading and caused a lot of time and angst. We did ultimately get back on the next trolley and I was able to send a screen shot to my passenger so we had the tickets when my phone completely died. So ultimately, great tour, great drivers but some work to be done with logistics and programming of the website.Guy

Didn't know about the audio guide, I'm sure it would have helped since I have hearing aids. There was a lot of construction going on. The stop nearest the Pirate House was on River Street meaning you had to walk and climb the stairs, difficult for 80+ people.Dean

Best tour ever. MaiBell was an incredible toure guide, incredibly helpful and personable. Her knowledge of the area and history was impressive the the constant effort to assist in getting other tour busses when stops got crowded was impressive. I'd recommend this to all visiting the area
