We toured historic Savannah on a cool, cloudy weekday, yet the trolley was full to capacity most of the way around it's circuit. Folks waiting at most of the designated hop-off hop-on trolley stops had to wait a little longer in most instances, as no one on our tour got off through quite a number of stops. That being said, the tour was thoroughly delightful. The driver/tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and she made the entire circuit both informative and entertaining. Taking the tour first thing in the morning gave my wife and me a great idea of the places we wanted to return to later in the day to explore on our own. Old Town Trolley Tours was well worth what we spent on it, since we had little knowledge of Savannah beforehand and since distances from one location on a map to another were hard to judge.

Of the 4 driver/narrators we had during our Saturday 4/18/26 Hop On Hop Off experience in Savannah, Cash seemed the most knowledgeable. He had all the guests listening closely to relevant facts about the city's history , asked questions about where all guests traveled from, had us laughing at jokes, wished those with recent anniversaries Happy Anniversary, and had all sing Happy Birthday to a guest. I would give Eddie 2nd place, followed by Brittany. Our last driver/narrator(whose name we can't remember) should find another job. He knew most of the facts, but was late on delivery once we passed several locations, seemed tired because he yawned frequently, had several times excused himself from burping with the microphone on. Savannah is a lovely city and overall we enjoyed learning more about it.

It's so easy to enjoy Savannah when you can use this reliable trolley service! The drivers are informative and humorous, shout out to Denise and Teddy! Being able to take in the sites while someone else navigated the streets and bypassed parking searches made the da that much more fun! This was our second time using the Old Town trolley and I don't doubt we'll be back!

We chose to ride the entire 90-minute tour of the city before getting off to do more exploring. We enjoyed having two different drivers and appreciated their knowledgeable comments regarding Savannah and the associated history throughout the city. Parking at the city visitor's center was convenient and affordable. I would use their services again.

The voucher was fine everything on your end was great and tickets worked checking in was fine. . Our first tour guide was Crystal she was fabulous. However later in the day we had trouble getting back on the trolley three full trolleys came by and two private ones. We ended up ubering to our next destination. When the second full trolley came I said to the driver I'm going to go down to stop 12 We were at stop 14 she insisted I stay at 14 because the trolley that was coming was going to start at stop 12 . I Said you don't think I should go down to 12 and she said no stay here because they know you're here. The next one came and it had filled up between 12 and 13. While we waited for the Uber one more came that was also full.

The three of us in our group were impressed most with our trolley tour guide, Justice. She shared interesting facts and legends about the attractions we had come to see. She offered this information often with humor making these sights more appealing. We were amazed at how proficient she was at maneuvering the trolley in and out and around tight spots looking ahead to avoid emergency vehicles or heavy traffic on the route. The trolley tour for us served the purpose of helping us decide which attractions we wanted to see and determining where they were located so we could make the best use of our time in Savannah.
