The first bus on the red line was fine, we had Wi-Fi and a great view. At the end of the journey, we had a quick transfer to the bus on the green line. But there was no Wi-Fi, the speaker in the open section on the second level wasn't working, the one in the closed section wasn't working very well, and we couldn't understand the commentary. So we went back to the open section without the commentary. So 5 stars for the red line and 0 stars for the green section bus. Total 4 stars because the journey is good for both routes.

Beautiful routes and spectacular buildings. Although the buses look a bit old, it’s nice that even the upper deck has a covered, air-conditioned area. Highly recommended if you don’t want to walk around the city too much in this heat.

Overall, a convenient and stress-free way to explore Kuala Lumpur — especially for first-time visitors who want flexibility and a good city overview.
