Our driver was great. Very knowledgeable and told many insider stories. Booking on HeadOut did not go smoothly. The ticket lady at Hop on/hop off said she never heard of you! I showed her the email receipt but that wasn't enough. She needed something to scan. I finally figured out that I needed to download your app to get the code. Then when she tried to scan it she had technical problems! She directed me to another lady to scan it. I gave the 5 stars for the driver. HeadOut gets 2 stars for the inconveniences I outlined above.

I met my parents down here and my mom has significant mobility issues. This was a perfect way for her to see the sights of Key West and decide what stops she really wanted to get off and explore. It was nice that the trolleys run every 15 minutes so we were never waiting long for one to come. Surprise to us, the trolley stopped at the hotel my parents were staying at (Hampton Inn Key West) so that was extremely convenient.
