We wanted to start the canal tour. The employee sent us onto a completely overcrowded boat, with even more people getting on behind us, who then all had to get off again. We got off the boat because there were no more seats. We then walked to the bus stop, where a bus seemed to be leaving. We waved and the bus stopped again. We could see too late that there was a queue of people on the other side. I showed the driver my ticket and was told quite rudely to queue at the back, which of course we did. It could have been said in a friendlier way. My headphones had a loose connection after just five minutes, and a short time later they were completely broken. We then got off somewhere and went to the next jetty. We were lucky and were able to get on the next boat. The captain was friendly and motivated. There were also new headphones. Nevertheless, we didn't take the entire bus or boat tour because we lost some time due to the difficult start and unfortunately this also somehow spoiled the exuberant vacation mood.Tanja

The ship tour was good, but unfortunately additional information was told in English (is also ok) but for people who just no or only little can it is stupid.it was told something about flea market, shopping street and something about the colorful bicycles, I would have liked to understand it properlyViktoriia

We travelled by bus and ship. The most remarkable thing was earphones. In Amsterdam they are the best. You hear everything was is spoken by the story-teller. Buses are usual. Not much information, as everywhere. Boats are good, but the roof is not transparent, like some ather boats have, so partially you loose view of the city. We visited Amsterdam on a rainy day, so for us it was a good opportunity to see the city without damaging our health.Stephan
