CityTour: Dusseldorf Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

We had planned this combo tour as a birthday gift. But it wasn’t just the birthday celebrants who were treated to a special experience. Everything went off without a hitch. The service was wonderful. We were repeatedly asked in advance if everything was okay and if we needed any assistance. Payment was secure and easy. The tickets were available right away, and we received a reminder the day before… Simply fantastic. As for the trip itself: the online ticket was accepted immediately both on the boat and on the bus. We didn’t have any difficulties at all. Both tours were wonderfully enhanced by the audio guide. We enjoyed everything very much. We started with the boat tour, and that was a good choice—the flexible bus schedules were very convenient. It was simply a successful event. Thank you very much, Ellen Roemer

The bus arrived on time. The driver was very friendly and drove exceptionally well. The audio commentary was interesting and worked perfectly. It was a pleasant and interesting ride. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

First of all, the driver was very polite and patient. We don't speak German, but the driver managed to explain us the details of the route and his driving was very smooth.

My parents loved the hop-on, hop-off bus tour of Düsseldorf; they thought it was wonderful. The route was well-planned and the audio guide was great. I highly recommend it!!!

The driver was very nice; the Rhine Tower, the Old Town, and the Media Harbor were all very interesting. Unfortunately, there were too many construction sites in Düsseldorf at the time. But the driver did a great job.

For the bus tour, it took me a while to find the boarding location, but once we found it, we were happy to continue enjoying the trip—the drivers are friendly.
