The drivers on the bus were great. The buses could have come a little more regularly - needing to wait an hour at the space needle was a little long. Good route that showcased the majority of the city of Seattle which was great. Expensive for us as foreigeners, but still did it.

The ride was fun and informative. My driver was awesome, I didn't get her name but she was driving Bus 3 on 9/23. The route was accessible on the Internet but it wasn't easy to find without the QR code. I couldn't pull it up when I was walking the streets to find the nearest stop. If there was a standalone app that could remember what tour I'm doing or if my ticket had a scannable code to bring the route up, that would have made my trip better

Space Needle, waterfront. A map of all stops is imperative to this tour! We tried for an hour to figure out the closest bus. It was BEHIND us and we were exhausted. With Seattles hills a map is a necessity. We ALWAYS take the on/off tours worldwide and this was a tough one.

Enjoy our day. Several things were closed. We could have been told so as not to get off the bus and walk around looking for it only to find it was closed. Some drivers were more pleasant that others, but it is the job to help the guests. Your tracker app doesn't work. Narration was very informative. Enjoyed it.

the tour was well rounded. the driver's were amazing! the comentator on board was excellent. I wish that the 24 hour period was longer as the service ended at 4pm. The price is high and the timeframe was low.

I enjoyed the views from the top of the bus, but couldn't hear the audio over the bus engine/exhaust and waiting 45-50 min at a stop for a bus to get there was wasteful of our time. At the space needle better organization is required for a line to get on. The bus pulls up and everyone rushes the door.
