This was our first visit to Seattle after reading some bad reviews of your tour we decided to see for ourselves and we were pleasantly surprised, the driver went way out of her way to see that that it was an awesome experience, the city has some beautiful historic buildings and the pier area is outstanding with it's restaurants and tours that are available . We will highly recommend your company to everyone. Thanks for making our visit to Seattle awesome!!!!@

The audio was easy to hear. The driver was friendly and expert at getting that bud through some narrow spaces. She even provided towels for the wet seats above. Our only downside was that there was no sign for the stop we boarded at. I had to call someone to find out where we should be. (The website actually listed the stop 2 blocks away.) The driver speculated that it was stolen.

Staff were very friendly, route was very pretty and interesting. Just a bit disappointed that the last tour starts at 4pm already, that's not a lot of time if you want to get off at several spots and explore for a while. Also we found the tour quite expensive for being quite short. But nevertheless - we had a great day in Seattle!

The people are very nice and it stopped at some good places. The signage was awful - very difficult to find the pick up locations and when you call, they are not helpful either. The last bus we were on was outdated, loud and very warm! Driver was nice.

Accessibility

Most of the buses are wheelchair accessible. The spaces can accommodate wheelchairs measuring up to 70 cm wide, 120 cm long, and 135 cm high.

Due to road closures, Stop 18 will relocate every Saturday to the front of the Via 6 building, at the west corner of 6th & Lenora (right side of the street).
