It was an adventure. No idea where to get on the bus. Website useless. I called the phone number " our office is closed on Sunday". I am glad I didn't throw my phone on the pavement and stomp on it a dozen times. Once we were able to figure out a jump on location, the bus was clean, staff professional and we got to see Florence better than I thought possible. Make finding jump on spots easier to find, you have a great bus

The tour covered the major attractions and tourist areas. The drivers were safe and the attendant was helpful in answering our questions. The buses were never over full and the audio guide was appreciated for information. The tracking app is slow and not very accurate for the schedule

Both routes were lovely but some of the audio plug stations didn't work Probably compared to the hop on hop off buses we have done in New York, London & Paris this was not the best as fare as guided info Still enjoyed the experience

Great way to see the sights and get out at what takes your fancy. Two comprehensive circuits of the city, including up to Fiesole, which was nice. Just watch out as some of the earphone sockets do not work.

Seeing Florence as it is from the street level. Architectural beauty, people, topography, traffic. It was great to hear about it's history via the audio headsets too. However traffic noise and delays did affect our enjoyment of the event.

Hop on and off across 2 routes and 25+ stops in Florence, with buses running every 25 to 60 minutes throughout the day.

The Blue Line covers Florence's historic heart — Santa Croce, Piazzale Michelangelo, and the artisan streets near Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral.

The tour was a bit of a disaster. The stops were not where they should have been. There was very little information about Florence. The app doesn't work either.

What's not allowed

Bulky luggage and large backpacks are not permitted on board.

Accessibility

Wheelchair users can board only buses fitted with a footboard and a dedicated wheelchair space.

Wheelchairs must be secured with safety belts and brakes locked while the bus is in motion.

Only one wheelchair is permitted per bus at a time.
