I loved how knowledgeable the tour guide was. The only thing that needs improvement is managing the crowd on the bus. There were passengers that were drinking and also conversing pretty loudly, which made it difficult to hear the tour guide at times.

Ticket guy was super helpful and he helped me when I discovered that I had booked the Budapest tour instead of the Vienna one. But the problem was that during the tour I couldn't hear the live tour lady well, and my audio didn't work so I couldn't hear anything actually.. no description. Overall, it was ok but it could have been better.
