We've used HOHO in other cities and like the 24 hour feature. In Munich we purchased our tickets at noon on Saturday May 17 and enjoyed the bus ride around the city, then hopped off and on at a museum. We planned to use the bus again at 10am Sunday to get near the English Gsrdens but a sports rally prevented us from boarding at the two stops nearest our hotel. So we feel thst we didn't get full use or value for our purchase

There were two major issues from my perspective: 1) there were a stop at tour (olympic tower) but unfortnately the main reason to stop there was in renovation and closed for 2 years but information about that was not available in route description. 2) bought 48h ticket but wanted to use green line on the second day and it was not possible due to some activites in the city but that information was not provided in any tour introduction/description pages/applications. And a minor issue was with two bus drivers who did not speak any english, so i could not get any help or information from them

The route of the city center was good. The commentary was sufficient. One suggestion: point out that there is also an audio guide for children. Parents were very quick to choose their language, but not for their children.

The tour gave me an overview of the city in a short time, and the audio was in Brazilian Portuguese (wonderful). Only one of the drivers wasn't friendly, the other was very welcoming. I managed to buy the ticket online and at the point of sale the girls were very kind when I asked for information on where to buy water and go to the toilet.
