We had read some poor reviews about Chicago hoho but our experience was quite pleasant. We got on and off four places and had a great time. Paid online ahead and showed that to the person outside the bus and got one combined bus pass to use all day. DO NOT LOSE the bus pass! You must show it everytime you get on. Got the free wired ear buds to use all day and keep. Just plug them in. Don't miss the last bus of the day or you will need to Uber or taxi back to your parking garage. Grandkids loved it. Sit in the open air top or lower air conditioning.Jason

Anton on the Chicago Big Bus Hop On/Off tour was excellent. Traffic was a nightmare on Memorial Day, but he was expertly navigated the chaos and also gave an informative and interesting tour at the same time!Tangee

Felicia our driver was great at explaining everything along the route. The other drivers were terrible.
