Both sets of tour guides and drivers were awesome. Have to take a star away for unfriendly to mobility challenged (like we older folks). A lot of extra walking (always due to construction, which I never observed). Would be great to have some where to set when waiting for the bus.

My ticket was for one company and after 3 stops I hopped off to do some things nearby. When I hopped back the company changed to something else they partnered with and the tour guide was terrible. He didn't cover half of the tour and when he did he just made a stupid obvious joke about it then claimed he was too tired. The first guide was awesome and he's the only reason this got 3 stars and not 1.

With a hop on, hop off bus, I expected it to be a continuous loop, bus once you did the loop, the bus stopped back at the origin and sat so you had to get off. I tried to use my mobile tickets, but the outside stations said I had to use their paper tickets (why offer mobile tickets for my apple wallet if I can't use it??). One of the stops, a bus never came, when I asked about it, they said it was due to construction. The guide and drivers were great though. ALSO I wish Philly would have a bus tracker.
