We booked a trip on the Hong Kong peak tram on line as we knew the queue was long. However we did not realise that Headout would take an hour to issue the tickets. As the tickets took a long time to come through we had run out of time and we had to change our plans. However, I emailed the support team at Headout and explained and asked for a full refund which to their credit they did and the full refund arrived in my bank account within 24 hours. Full marks to the Headout customer service. Thank you for being fair. Regards John

We were glad to buy the tickets in advance as there were so many people queuing up for the team ticket booth. It was so much fun to ride a tram on such a steep hill and to see all the buildings in Hong Kong. The view at the sky terrace was amazing!

Cab clean and Nice , not too much people because we where early , really Nice view. Too much people at the Terrace and difficult to take a picture !
