• Your driver can only communicate in Japanese.

• A reservation is required for the bus transfer, and the driver won't stop at unreserved sites.

• Please be aware that unexpected delays might occur due to the weather and traffic.

• Travelers will be transported to the closest JR station or other significant transportation hubs at their own expense in the event of delayed departures due to weather or traffic circumstances that might result in missed flights.

• The number of passengers may cause the vehicle type to vary (e.g. bus, minivan, van, taxi)

• There are no reserved seats on the bus, thus requests for a particular seat will not be honored.

• Do not wear ski boots or shoes on the bus for your own safety.

• Each tourist is only permitted to carry one set of skis and one piece of baggage which you can place in the luggage compartment.
