Its enclosures are designed such that they closely resemble natural habitats and showcase animal behavior as they are in the wild! With more than 800 animals representing about 150 species, there’s plenty to see while you’re here. Walk through the underwater glass tunnel in the penguin enclosure and see penguins swimming right above you, or observe the Penguin Walk, where adorable penguins go on a parade across the snow as they waddle and slide! Head to the vertical underwater tank to watch spotted seals diving and don’t miss out on entering the glass domes that are right in the middle of the polar bear and wolf enclosures so you can know what it feels like to live amongst them. The zoo also houses apes, giraffes, deer, eagles, and many other fascinating creatures!
