• The meeting point is at the Sightseeing Experience Visitor Center inside Santa Maria Novella Railway Station in the Ticket Hall; please arrive 20 minutes before the start of the tour.
• No refunds are provided in case of delay at the meeting point, and maximum punctuality is required at each meeting point during the excursion, as the tour will not wait for late arrivals.
• Children under 4 years old must be booked with the free 'children (0-3)' rate.
• Vegetarian or special diet menus are available upon request after booking.
• The 'Classic Option' does not include the guided tour in Siena or entry to the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
• The Transfer Only option includes only bus transportation and assistance on board.
