The train was so crowded on the outward journey that you couldn't even find a proper seat standing up. Fortunately, the journey only takes 10 minutes. On the return journey there was enough space again. The staff could also be a bit friendlier. The rides could also be more frequent in the morning when people are already jammed at the entrance.António

Flawless trip though some air circulation in the funiclar is needed I would recomend everyone to book through headout especially that the account is created automatically and the tickets are saved no mater how long before you book.

Very long waiting times to get on and off..... we had bought the ticket online in advance - but then had to queue for a long time. Those who didn't have a ticket could bypass the queue and go straight to the counter. The toilet was also downstairs and if you stand in the heat and queue for 30 minutes and have to go to the toilet.... it gets difficult.
