Schindlers Factory The location is a museum situated in Schindlers Factory, full of artefacts and information which leads you through the occupation of Krakow during WW 2. There are set times for tour groups , as it does have the potential to become a bit crowded, but groups do move steadily through, inside we found the centre staff very helpful . We received confirmation texts prior to the visit to confirm the meeting point and who our tour guide would be. We met our tour guide Ewa outside as arranged where we were provided with head sets. Ewa was extremely skilled in her presentation, being both knowledgeable and informative. She was passionate in her narrative and inclusive, I am constantly humbled by the strength and fortitude of the tour guides that we have met on this strip , who deal with this awful period of history every day. Ewa also also took us in the Ghetto walking tour where you do see a part of the remaining wall, other land marks , including the memorial square with the bronze chairs, and the ghetto pharmacy ( we visited this later as it was also included in the ticket, the inside has been remodelled to what it originally was). We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and would recommend this tour, we intend to return at some stage to revisit Schindlers Factory as independent tourists to spend more time there. Please note that there is a cafe on site at Schindlers Factory plus a book shop where we purchased the English translation versions of ‘The Krakow Ghetto Pharmacy’, and ‘Childhood Behind Barbed Wire’ ( this one relates to Auschwitz and Birkenau ). They are resonantly priced but a lot more difficult to find in the UK.

The tour guide was absolutely incredible. So knowledgable, so lovely, very chatty. It was the best tour I've ever been on (having been to Poland before). I'm Jewish and I discussed my family history from Poland during the Holocaust and really felt that our history was represented, put across. It is SUCH an important job to share the history of what happened and the tour did exactly that. I have no words to describe how impactful it was, I can only imagine the impact it would have on people who have never been educated on it all and are learning it for the first time - despite my extensive education in school around our history, and growing up in the shadow of the Holocaust with my family history being spoken about my whole life, I still learned so much. Despite being in krakow for only 3 days this is by far the best thing I did and I'm so glad I took the time to participate in the tour- thank you so much.

Eva was there to greet the group. Organised and great time management. The tour was incredibly informative. Our guide, Michał was utterly brilliant. Fluent in English, he had me engaged from the start. With attention to detail, he gave an inspiring educational tour, facilitated time and consideration to the group for questions and it never felt rushed. Thank you for a wonderful day. Highly recommend this, hence 5 stars. Well deserved. Andi from Australia 🇦🇺

The guide was amazing and passionate about the subject and shared a lot of information. The factory has lots to see and you could spend hours there just looking and reading but the guide was about to share lots of facts and brought the story alive. The getto tour was a walk around the local area bringing to life the stories from the area and was really interesting. Highly recommend.

Very good tour and experience to catch the sprit of the city witin the occupancy of the Nazis, how the eternal fight between good and evil takes place, it's an intimate response of each and everyone of us to embrace and follow a chosen path even when it's actually impossible to take 100 of only one side

Our guide Joanna was absolutely fantastic, she was really engaging and a fantastic presenter. We learnt so much and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Joanna made our trip worthwhile and we cannot recommend her enough, it wasn't rushed she took time to explain and we learnt so much that day
