Very informative. The English requested tour, the guide spoke very clear. I was in a wheelchair and the guide was so helpful and made sure I got to the lifts with help. Would highly recommend the tour and recommend to the disabled. Only one room I couldn't go in as it was full of gravel but the guide made sure I could still hear and understand. As a wheelchair user I can miss alot but I did not on this tour. Thank you

Brilliant tour and tour guide! Monica did a fantastic job of showing us the main things at the factory and at The Jewish ghetto. Definitely recommend this and a guide is even better to get the full experience if you have little time. Would recommend doing this if you visit krakow.

Our guide, Anna was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us gain a better understanding of Schindler, the German occupation in Poland and the suffering of the Jews and the Polish people during and after the war.
