Getting started

Arrive at the tour location at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and the mandatory pre-ride safety briefing. Bring or arrange your own warm winter clothing, including snow pants, a coat, gloves or mittens, and insulated boots, as these are not provided.

What to expect

Snowmobile tour

The experience is designed for adults and families with older children who meet the participation requirements. Drivers must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license, while children aged 7 and above can ride if they can sit safely with their feet on the running boards. Each snowmobile has a 450 lb weight limit.

Pre-ride safety briefing: Learn how to operate your snowmobile, position yourself correctly, and ride safely as part of the required briefing held 30 minutes before departure. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in being treated as a no-show without a refund.

Warm up with hot drinks: After exploring the snowy trails, warm up with complimentary hot chocolate, coffee, or tea at the tour location—a welcome finish to your outdoor adventure.

What to bring

Wear moisture-wicking base layers, insulated mid-layers, and a waterproof outer shell.

Bring winter boots, gloves or mittens, and a facemask or balaclava for warmth.

Carry your booking confirmation so the team can locate your reservation at check-in.

Additional information

Riders must be at least 18 years old and must hold a valid driver’s license to operate a snowmobile.

Children under 6 are not permitted, and ages 7 and above may join only if they can sit with feet on the running boards.

Respect the weight limit of 450 lbs per sled for safety.

Arrive 30 minutes before your tour time to check in and attend the safety briefing.

Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after the start time may be treated as no-shows.

If you need to reschedule, you must request it at least 24 hours before your tour time.
