Important Information

• An eco-tax of $5 per person is due at the entrance.

• This tour is not wheelchair accessible. It is, however, stroller accessible.

• Infants must sit on laps and will not be provided separate seats.

• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Discounted Tickets

Children aged 2-11 enjoy reduced ticket pricing (carry a valid photo ID).

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID to your tour guide during pickup.

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid delays.

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs.

• This is applicable for all Miami Beach Hotels on Collins Avenue between 1. and 63. Street or 340 Biscayne Boulevard, Downtown Miami.

• In the next step of booking, please specify the name and address of your hotel.

• On the day of your tour, please report at your hotel lobby 10-15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of the hotel.

• Your Headout host will be waiting for you here.
