Our tour guide jack was amazing! He was trilingual and made sure everybody knew what was going on and where to look and where the best pictures were, we also got to see the entirety of Mount Fuji and take pictures. Overall, one of the best experiences I got to have in my stage in Japan, even if you aren't as lucky as us to be able to see all of Mount Fuji the way the tour is set up is perfect and definitely an amazing experience.

It was a very well planned trip! Our tour guide Brewski was excellent! He has a great sense of humour and though we were not lucky enough tonsee Mt. Fuji as it was covered in clouds, he made sure that the trip was still great!

We recently did a Mt. Fuji tour for our honeymoon. Our tour guide, Sawaki, was so knowledgeable, funny, and patient with every guest on the trip. He truly has a passion for giving people amazing experiences and he deserves every ounce of praise for making this trip so memorable! Although Mt. Fuji's peak was not visible on the day we chose, he made origami mountains so that people can "get pictures of the peak". 10/10 service from Sawaki!

A superb excursion!
It was a great time from start to finish. Betty, our guide, was wonderful: passionate, attentive and always smiling. The driver was also top-notch, very helpful and caring throughout the day.
We felt really well looked after, in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
I'd recommend this excursion 1000 times over - you can go with your eyes closed! Thanks again to the whole team 😊

We didn't visit the 5th Station, but we did have a mini matcha course.
At first we had problems with the meeting point - we didn't know whether we should wait inside the building or outside. But then we were collected outside. Our team leader Martin was super nice :)

Was a great day. Weather was kind to us so we got a great view of Mt Fuji. Kazu was a great guide. He was very organised, attentive to everyone’s needs and kept everyone on time, in the right locations and up to date with the itinerary and instructions. The trip included all stops exactly as described and just enough time to see without lingering. If you only have a day, this tour fits a lot in given the distances you need to cover.
Don't forget to take something warm. Was only 10 degrees at Mt Fuji and also cold and windy at the Ropeway and boat rides.
