They never showed up for our tour. All 5 of us did not get picked up at West Gate hotel. Getting a refund has been a frustrating challenge. Phone numbers in email do not work and unreachable. We did not get a vehicle type, license plate or name of a driver and nobody stopped and asked us. We were the only people out there at 4:15am

Drove out for the day with my boyfriend and honestly, the ride was loooong but didn’t even care once we saw the canyon. Our guide (Russ? I think?) was hilarious, told us all these weird animal facts. We got sandwiches for lunch (not fancy but did the job). Heads up, bring ur own snacks if ur picky. The bathroom stops are spaced out, so plan ahead! Views were EPIC, like, jaw-on-the-floor style. Would totally go again, just maybe bring a neck pillow next time.

Honestly, didn’t know what to expect ‘cause I booked last min. Ended up being one of my fave days in Vegas. The bus has power outlets (I watched like 3 episodes of Parks lol). Guide was super chill, not all robotic. Canyon is just… unreal. If you’re a photo nut, ur gonna go wild. Would do again.
