SoloVerified bookingMay 20265/5Even when visiting the museum was amazing, I'm very disappointed because you or your partner never send the QR code to claim the entry tickets. I had to wait more than an hour to get them after a long efforts talking with your customer service. The agent who I laked with, after 6 emails with no QR, sent me a valid QR. This is my second bad experinece with youRRaquel B
SoloVerified bookingMay 20265/5Both museums are great; they're a bit far apart, but they're steeped in history and very beautiful—it looks as if they were hand-painted.PPaulo S
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Oct 20255/5We went as a family of four and honestly, even my grumpy teen was impressed with the cave churches! The colors inside some of those rooms are so BRIGHT. Felt a bit like stepping into a painting. My tip: bring water (no fountains inside!) and go as soon as it opens because by 11am it was suuuper packed. We kind of rushed the last two chapels cause the lines got wild, but still, we got some epic pics outside.Oct 20253/5Cool old churches but wow, so many people. We had to queue for ages to get in the Black Church and you can’t even take photos in there (guards v strict). Not a lot of info signs either, so we just sort of wandered. My brother loved it but I think it’s a bit overpriced for what you get.
