It worked just fine and easy with the Swiss Travel Pass! I just had to show the paper printout of the passport, which I had with me. Only on one occasion, during a train journey, I also had to show my Swedish passport.

Truly a must for touring Switzerland at your leisure, without worrying about tickets. We got on several trains, streetcars and boats, without paying anything extra. Very simple and comfortable.

This pass was such a great investment! I would recommend it to anyone who likes to make spontaneous plans. It is a little pricier than the continuous pass, but it is worth the money. The only thing you should remember is that seat reservations for panoramic trains cost extra.

Like the name says, this pass really was super flexible and fit my loose itinerary perfectly! I could pick my travel days as and when I was up to travel and I never felt the pressure to travel fast. It was awesome to have unlimited access to trains and buses on the days I needed too.
