On site before the queue you just have to show at the ticket office the number from your reservation and the lady prints tickets that later open all the gates for us. The summit as well as the ice museum will never let us forget it. We were with children 4 and 7 years old so they had free 🤩 Altitude sickness only manifested itself at the very top. Son 4l couldn't walk because his legs hurt and he was severely disoriented and didn't know what was going on, daughter 7l had a headache. We adults had a hard time breathing and were also dizzy. This has to be taken into account. I highly recommend buying tickets here!

Surreal. The beauty is beyond human imagination. Any word used to describe the beauty of Swiss Alps is an understatement. The train ride was very comfortable.
