Getting started

Your driver-guide will pick you up from your Nairobi hotel at approximately 8:30am. As this may be a shared tour with multiple pickups, please be ready at your designated location and allow time for other guests to be collected.

What to expect

Sheldrick Wildlife Trust: Visit the elephant orphanage to see rescued baby elephants and learn about the care and rehabilitation efforts that support their return to the wild.

Giraffe Centre: Get close to giraffes and learn about conservation initiatives protecting the endangered Rothschild giraffe. Feeding opportunities depend on the centre’s operating arrangements.

Expert guide and transfers: Travel between the sites in a van or sedan while your English-speaking guide shares information about Nairobi’s wildlife and conservation work.
