Our visit to Genting Skytropolis and Genting SkyWorlds was absolutely amazing! 🎢✨ Having access to both attractions made the day even more exciting, with so many fun rides, thrilling experiences, and entertainment to enjoy. The package we took was value for money, the hop on hop off is recommended to see the different places around in KL where we managed to go back to by the metro.Customer service was great when we contacted them asking about meeting point and timings. We started the trip with Aquaria tour, ended up as perfect choice. The wide variety of aquatic life we got to see, the tunnel experience and the extremely helpful staff totally made it worth every penny. It took about slightly over an hour, you'll love every minute of it.

It's an experience I highly recommend. The time indicated to visit the towers is the entry time, so don't be late! As for the aquarium, you can go whenever you want, though I recommend going early. I had a great time and went alone.

The twin towers are just magnificent. No matter how many times you see it, it's just too good. From the inside they take to the connecting bridge and 83 floor. You have to stay for 10 minutes on the bridge and 15 minutes in the observatory deck no matter what. Also to go down there is a line and it takes at least 10 minutes for the lift to arrive empty. Overall twin towers take like 45-60 minutes depending on crowd. I had gone on weekday yet it took lot of time. You need to arrive before the slot time as it's a group tour kind of thing. KL tower is mid especially due to the pollution you can't see anything. I had gone during sunset and it was completely empty. The combo is great bundle as you're getting kl tower for less than half the price with twin towers. Can skip kl tower if you're short on time. You can go at any time and stay for as long as you want.

The Petronas Twin Towers tour starting at 9:30 AM had a smooth entry, and I fully enjoyed the Skybridge on the 41st floor for 10 minutes. On the upper floors, I learned more from the tower's design materials and tourism videos, and the automated photo service at various spots was convenient and left a great impression. I set the digital photos I bought for about 7,000 yen as my smartphone wallpaper, and every time I look at them, my travel memories come flooding back. It's packed with highlights and is an absolutely recommended spot for sightseeing in Kuala Lumpur!

For the best experience, wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Bring a jacket or cardigan for the cool mountain weather, and consider a spare set of clothes for water rides. Costumes and full-face masks are not permitted inside the park.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks, selfie sticks, photography or videography, and smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited at the theme park.

Accessibility

Wheelchair rental is available at Guest Services (Studio Plaza) — RM35 for single, RM50 for double. Cashless payments are accepted at ticket counters.

All show spaces accommodate guests with disabilities. Ask any Team Member for assistance.

Vegetarian dishes are available at most restaurants. No outside food or drinks allowed.
