Easy entry with no waiting. However, we received no email or information about the focaccia we paid for online with our tickets. We had to pay a second time to eat lunch. What a shame.

Even though the Genoa Aquarium’s ticket office was sold out online, there was still the option (for a surcharge of just 1 euro) to add a tasting of traditional Genoese focaccia to the ticket. The only challenge was getting to the bar where the focaccia was served… it was really good, and it kept us going until lunch. Exhausted and overwhelmed by the crowds, we decided to have lunch at the aquarium’s restaurant: excellent service, slightly pricey (but not too much), and superb food.

With headout, we enjoyed a smooth entrance and a great tummy filling lunch! Moreover, reservation was easy and we did not have to pay until a few days before our visit! We had a great time at Acquario de Genova. Not only were the sea species we saw there were awesome, staff from entrance to luggage storage were also so friendly and helpful! Great place for people of all ages! Thank you headout!

Access was quick and on time. There were no issues with the tickets, and check-in went as smoothly as could be. The Genoa Aquarium is always beautiful, as is the city itself. I’ll definitely use Headout again.

Everything was beautiful and well-preserved—I really liked the dolphins, and even the sharks. The frogs were very interesting—I’d never seen them before.
