The whole process went very smoothly. They presented the three ticket options, and once I purchased the one I wanted, they kept the ticket details separate from the actual QR codes needed for entry. I downloaded the app specifically to have them on hand, and it synced my login credentials from the website to the app. It was a quick, clear, and seamless process; I’ll gladly use the app again for future events where it’s relevant.

Our visit to the aquarium was truly wonderful! It was a visually stunning experience, full of color and life, but above all, a fantastic opportunity to connect with wildlife. Easy to get to. It might have been a little too crowded for this visit, but it was Easter Monday. There’s plenty to see, and the kids loved the dolphin show.

A beautiful, well-maintained aquarium with a wide variety of fish, reptiles, and marine mammals. We especially enjoyed the manatees, seals, penguins, and dolphins. However, it was very crowded, quite noisy, and we were disappointed with the food. We had purchased tickets that included a meal at the Tender Café, which was supposed to include a Genoese focaccia, but instead we were only offered a choice of basic sandwiches. It was disappointing.
