What to bring

• Bring along your warm, breathable base layers such as merino or polypropylene, suitable long pants for walking in (tracksuits and leggings are fine).

• You can also bring your own water bottle, drinks, sunglasses, sunblock and snacks.

What's not allowed

• Jeans are not recommended for this experience as they become very heavy, cold and uncomfortable to wear when wet.

• This experience is restricted for children below 4 years.

Accessibility

• This experience is not suitable for women who are over 12 weeks pregnant.
