What to bring

• Bring along your warm, breathable base layers such as merino or polypropylene, suitable long pants for walking in (tracksuits and leggings are fine).

• You can also bring your own water bottle, drinks, sunglasses, sunblock and snacks.

What's not allowed

• Jeans are not recommended for this experience as they become very heavy, cold and uncomfortable to wear when wet.

• This experience is restricted for guests not under the influence of alcohol and drugs, over the weight of 115kg and under the weight of 35kg, children below 10 years, and people under the height of 137cm.

• Large bags and drones are not allowed.

Accessibility

• This experience is not suitable for women who are over 12 weeks pregnant,  ankle or knee injuries, ACL damage, joint replacements or dislocations, neck or back injuries, heart conditions and high/low blood pressure, diabetes, and severe asthma.

• This experience is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• This experience requires a good fitness level as it requires trekking for 2.5 hours.
