I used Headout in Frankfurt am Main. I bought a public transport ticket, which included travel to the airport. The purchase procedure was quick and simple – I could easily do it on my phone with a fast choice of payment method on my "handy". Additionally, I didn't have to install any app right then, and I could just download the ticket from the Headout website after logging in with my email. At the same time, I took advantage of a discount on museum entry, for example to the Frankfurter Goethe-Haus.

The Frankfurt Card is a great option for tourists. Not only can you use the city's buses and trains affordably, but you also get discounts on admission prices at many venues.

Very easy to use. Never asked for a ticket to be checked the 3 days we were here. Transport around Frankfurt was on time and easy to navigate despite our"leader" trying very hard to get us lost.

Booking a FrankfurtCard actually led me to also visit the Struwwelpeter Museum, which I hadn't originally planned on doing. The visit was definitely worth it, though, especially the permanent exhibition on Heinrich Hoffmann. I also had fewer qualms about buying a combo ticket for the MMK, whose current Fritz Scholder exhibition is outstanding! The only thing I'd like to point out regarding communication with headoout is that it wasn't clearly stated that the Frankfurt Card is integrated into the RMV ticket. In other words, there's only one ticket. However, the wording used the plural (tickets), which is why I was looking for an additional ticket alongside the RMV one. The AI support was very courteous and helpful, though, and cleared things right up for me. Having 24/7 availability is a huge plus in this case. All in all, it was a positive museum experience. Thank you very much!

A 1day Frankfurt Card was cheaper than a day ticket for public transport (incl airport), which made this worth getting. The Headout website was clunky, and I didn't otherwise use the discounts (which for the most part, seemed minor).
