Cairns Visites

Personnel très sympathique et serviable sur le bateau et la plongée avec masque et tuba était incroyable. Le système de haut-parleurs à l'étage a besoin d'être mis à jour. Je n'ai pas pu comprendre un mot mais notre démonstrateur était assez génial :+1 :

Le voyage en bateau a été agréable et nous avons eu la liberté de faire notre propre session de snorkeling et nous avons vu des poissons et des tortues. Un peu de problèmes d'organisation avec le changement d'embarcadère et l'heure de prise en charge du déjeuner qui n'était pas très professionnelle.

Excellente journée, avec le bateau à fond de verre et l'île Fitzroy, qui semblait très bien organisée. Un problème a été résolu par le personnel du Cairns Reef Terminal : nous avions acheté un déjeuner qui n'avait pas été commandé par Headout, mais le personnel du terminal a pu s'en occuper. Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés tôt, sinon nous aurions pu manquer ce repas !

Notre guide Matt était absolument génial. Il était un diable de rendez-vous, mais sans mettre personne en danger. Il était drôle et a rendu l'après-midi très mémorable. Merci pour cette belle expérience. Je me demandais juste ce qu'il en était des photos. Je n'ai pas l'impression de les avoir reçues. Je vous remercie de votre attention.

Loved the Barron River Rafting. Guide was great & explained everything really well. Met 3 lovely people on the raft. Only thing that could improve is we were waiting on the bus at the meeting stop for 40 minutes.

The lady at the Kuranda ticket office was brilliant - she patiently sorted out a failed booking via a third party and got us on the train.

The train ride up and back was a fantastic experience. How ever there was not much going on with the shops in Kuranda, which I am presuming it was because the Skyrail was closed. But the ticketing was easy and the staff at the Train Station were fantastic and very helpful and smiled alot. Had a lovely day
