General Admission: This pass gives you access to different points around the circuit, letting you in on the action at a budget-friendly price. With various elevations as well as pleasant grassy knolls to stretch out around the circuit, move around freely and see the races from every possible angle!
Turn 4: This stand overlooks the series of S bends replicating Silverstone’s demanding Maggots sector. You get a great view of the action as the cars approach and navigate the turn – feel the vibrations of these aerodynamic beasts rapidly changing direction at great speeds.
Turn 9: Placed on the crest of a hill over the outer section, you first spot cars from the exit of turn 7, looking down on the race from a higher vantage point. After zooming past a series of corners, the cars wind their way up to your level before they drive off downhill toward the turn 11 hairpins.
Turn 15 Lower Level: Get access to a large shared television screen to be able to follow all the action! Get an amazing overview of the action stretching until the overtaking spot near Turn 12. What's more, the grandstand also includes views of 5 thrilling turns.
The Formula 1® Lenovo United States Grand Prix 2023 set on the 1,500 hilly acres at Circuit of The Americas (COTA) outside downtown Austin promises a weekend of mayhem. From the practice sessions, the qualifying round, the sprints, and the final race day. Nothing will replace the feeling of being there in person as drivers push the boundaries of speed and precision.
Day 1: Oct 20
12:30pm to 1:30pm
The Practice Session is used to test the car and make sure it behaves as it should. It also helps drivers to get a feel for the track and start thinking about set-up changes.
4pm to 5pm
The Qualifying Session determines the starting order for the final race. This is where the drivers have to complete as many laps as fast as possible.
Day 2: Oct 21
12:30pm to 1:14pm
The Sprint Shootout is a standalone qualifying race for the Sprint, which takes place later the same day.
5pm to 6pm
Sprint Race is a new format featuring a shorter version of the traditional Grand Prix race, typically around 100 km.
Day 3: Oct 22
2pm onwards
It’s Race Day! A one-lap preparation is crucial. The drivers stay together and cannot overtake or do practice starts except weave to warm their tires. Before the race begins, a series of pre-start operations are performed on cue from their engineers to get the tires up to temperature.
