Unfortunately, when we arrived, the Eiffel Tower was closed due to the heat. The agency refunded 100% of the ticket price and even offered us a 10% discount. I really want to thank the staff who helped me resolve this issue. I understand that this was an exceptional situation and that it had never happened before. Even though we had to spend a little time finding a solution, I’m very satisfied with the assistance I received. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time. Our guide met us on time and took us inside where we could fill our water bottles. He then walked us over to the tower stopping a few times along the way to provide information. He was very informative and made it fun to learn. He explained the process for going the the security gates and then left us when we got on the elevator to the summit. We then had as much time as we wanted and didn't have to stay together as a group

The tour didn't take place, the tower was closed for two days, they won't give us our money back—this is absurd. We came all the way from Brazil to see the tower, we're leaving France, and we still haven't received our refund. And a staff member named Morgam mocked me and said she could give me a 25% credit toward a future purchase—utter nonsense. I’m going to take legal action in this country; it’s all over the newspapers and the Internet that the tower was closed due to the heat.
